Questions we get a lot
Does Keyplan replace our checker?
No. It does the long, careful part of the check so your senior people can spend their time on judgement. Every finding is a suggestion until someone on your team accepts it.
Which building codes do you check against?
Each plan includes code packs for a number of regions. Practice and Enterprise add more regions, and Enterprise can add your own office standards as checks.
Do we need a model, or are PDFs enough?
PDF sets are enough to start. A model adds checks between the model and the drawings, but many small practices use Keyplan on PDFs only.
What happens to our drawings?
They are used to check your project and nothing else. They are never used to train anything, and you choose the region they are stored in.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, at any time. When you move up, the new plan starts at once; when you move down, it starts with the next billing period.
