01 Who we are

Keyplan Ltd ("Keyplan", "we") runs this website and the Keyplan service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

02 What we collect

When you book a demo or sign up, we collect your name, work email, company, role and anything you write in the form.

When you use the service, we keep the files you upload, the findings we produce and a log of who viewed or exported them.

03 How we use it

We use your details to answer you, run the service and send you notices about your account. We send product news only if you ask for it.

We use your drawings and models only to check your projects. We do not use them to train anything and we never sell them.

04 How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 12 months after. Project files are deleted 30 days after a project is closed, unless you ask us to keep them.

05 Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
