01 The service

These terms cover your use of the Keyplan website and service. By creating an account you agree to them.

02 Professional responsibility

Keyplan suggests findings. It does not approve, certify or sign drawings. Responsibility for the design and the drawings stays with you and your professional team.

03 Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

04 Your files

You keep all rights in the files you upload. You give us the right to process them only to provide the service to you.

05 Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

06 Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after telling you why when we can.
